Pretty Pink Posh | Bear Hugs

Hi! Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? I hope so! Today I have the cutest Pretty Pink Posh stamp called Bear Hugs. This stamp set was part of the July Release for $8!

I love making the bear the focus point on this card. To make it, I began by die cutting using inner part of the Scalloped Circle Die cut to place my bear. Adhering this to the card base with foam adhesive.

I sprayed gold on the card then placed my Copic colored near on the center. The sentiment was stamped in black dye ink along with the hearts. Metallic Gold sequins finished this card.

How cute is he?! I hope you enjoyed this sweet bear!

Concord & 9th | Hurray Feature Friday

Bam! It's Friday, hurray! (no pun intended). Thanks for stopping by my blog, today I have my 3rd post for Concord & 9th Feature Friday. This Hurray Bundle set is so versatile, I couldn't figure out what to make first!

Should I make a ribbon, or play with them circles? So I made both!

For this first card, I wanted to go fancy. I have been hoarding this foil style paper pad for a while and coordinating the different patterns to make the ribbon was absolutely perfect. The sentiment is heat embossed in Simon Says Antique Gold. Once the ribbon was made, I placed it on the coordinating card base.

Now, the patterns on the Hurray stamp set are so fun. The background is stamped using Altenew Pure Graphite which is a dark gray. The circle sentiment is stamped in the same ink and die cut with the coordinating Hurray die. The celebrate is heat embossed in white onto a black card stock, then the edge was die cut from the Hurray dies as well.

What was your favorite item from the Hurray Bundle? The stamps or dies? I invite to stop on over to the Concord & 9th Blog to check out how my fellow Feature Friday ladies used the same set.

Have a great weekend!

Concord & 9th | Hurray and Hello Lovely

Hello lovelies, I am here with my Butterfly Reflections Friday Inspiration for this last Friday of July. Sure seems Summer just got started and all I see around me is the back to school sales and advertisements.

To keep my mind off it, I am thinking of all those upcoming fall weddings and birthdays. Shades of Gray seems to be the perfect fit for both...To make this card I am using two of my favorite items from Concord & 9th, Hurray stamp set, and Hello Lovely stamp set.

To make this card, I began with my gray cardstock as a base, then stamped in Altenew Industrial Diamond & Dark Graphite the pattern from the Hurray stamp set. The sentiment is stamped in Dark Graphite.

Next, I stamped the floral from Hello Lovely and fuzzy cut that. Adhered to the card with foam adhesive. Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins were added and a touch of white gold watercolor from Gansai Tambi Starry was the finishing touch.

I love the minimalist look of this card. Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Hello, there crafty friends! Thanks for joining me today. I like to call all Thursday's "Friday Eve", it makes the weekend that much closer! Anyways, on this Friday eve, I have this simple card using Unity Stamp Company florals and sentiment.

The florals are colored with Chameleon pencils, fuzzy cut and added to the card. To finish, Pretty Pink Posh Clear sequins are added.

I have a video of this card:

Pretty Pink Posh | Smile

Hi, friends! Hope all is well on your corner of the world, today I have a very fun shaker made with Pretty Pink Posh Smile die.

I love the critters from the newest release, but I wanted to create something more "adult". As most of my cards will be going to my church to be sold at donation and proceeds to the missionaries, I wanted to make a variety of cards to suit my future "customers".

This card is made using the following Pretty Pink Posh products:
-Smile Die
-Everyday Greetings Stamp Set
-Sparkling Clear Mix
-Stitched Notes Dies
-Scalloped Frames Dies

To make this I die cut from a patterned paper the frame from Scalloped Frame Dies, then created the shaker with the Smile Shaker Die in black card stock. The Sparkling Clear Mix was added, finished off with the sentiment "you did it", heat embossed in black. The note pocket is from Stitched Notes Die set.

It turned out very sweet, and it will be something that I think will be picked up fairly quickly.

Thanks for stopping by!

Concord & 9th | UNICORN AWESOMENESS

Hi there! Happy Friday! Today I am here with my second post for Concord & 9th July guest designer. The Friday Feature is the sweet Unicorn Awesomeness stamp and die set.

This is so sweet and perfect for any occasion. I decided to use it to make an encouragement card.

To make this card I began by blending Altenew Crisp Ink in Frosty Pink & Warm Sunshine on to a 4.25in x 5.50 Neenah White cardstock. The diamonds were die cut using the dies, as there is a pink solid card stock to serve as the background.

The sentiment and additional diamonds are heat embossed with gold embossing powder. The clouds are cut from vellum to give it an extra "wispy" look.

I felt the unicorn just needed a few colorful strands of hair and left the rest of it white.

I love that with this stamp set the unicorn can have her eye open and the party hat added without the need to mask. I know this set will become my newest "go to" for birthday parties.

That is all for me this Friday. Enjoy your weekend!!

PinkFresh Studio | Say it with florals

Hi there!Today I have a very floral card featuring the newest release from Pink Fresh Studios!

This set is absolutely gorgeous and really fun to work with. The various petals allow for layering and the variety of sentiments are awesome.

To make this card I began by trimming a yellow card stock to be my background. I stamped the sentiment in black ink. Next, the white card stock was die cut with Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Borders Die.
Now to the fun stamping part: All flowers were stamped with the following Altenew Crisp Inks in alternating order. Buttercream, Warm Sunshine, Caramel Toffee, Paper Bag. The leaves were stamped in Olive and Moss.

I simply love one layer cards as they don't require extra postage. This pattern of florals reminds me of sweet summer days.

That is all for me today, I hope you enjoy the weekend and get some crafty time!

Concord & 9th | Sunshine Turnabout Bundle | Feature Fridays

Hi, crafty friends, happy oh glorious Friday! Today I am so excited to be part of Concord & 9th Feature Friday. If you follow them or me on social media you have seen I am part of their July Guest Design Team. Of course, they have knocked it out of the park with this release, and one of my favorites is the Sunshine Turnabout Bundle.

The turnabouts are such a fun stamp to create backgrounds with. I wanted to create something that focused on the turnabout.

Before I launch into a brief explanation on how to make this card, I want to encourage you to watch the video on turnabouts from Concord & 9th. It will save you ALOT of time and hassle. ( experience talking here) Click HERE

To start, my sunburst turnabout colors are Altenew Cool Summer Night collection.I loved that they coordinate effortlessly. Next, I die cut using the Sunshine Dies and heat embossed the sentiment in WOW White Glitter powder.

The flowers are also stamped in alternating the layers of Altenew Cool Summer Breeze. The leaves are stamped in Altenew Moss and Parrot. Then adhered to the base and finished off with Pretty Pink Posh Clear Sequins.

That's it! Pretty simple and fun, right?! I hope you enjoyed this project. Come back next Friday for another Feature Friday featuring Unicorn Awesomeness Bundle.

Glitter Hugs!

Concord & 9th | Petals & Pallets Bundle

Hello, Friends! Thanks for joining me on this beautiful summer morning. Today I am playing around with Concord & 9th Petals & Pallets Stamps & Dies.

Petals & Pallets DiesPetals & Pallets Stamp Set

These beauties have summer written all over them and I thought they would be perfect for a series of thank you cards I needed to make for the ladies that made it to my baby shower.

To make this I began by stamping the wood grain pallet using Altenew Rocky Shore Ink. The pallet was stamped multiple times using the MISTI as I made at least 6 of these cards.

Next, the Hydrangeas (that's what I think they are) are stamped in Altenew Midnight Violet and Deep Iris and die cut with the coordinating die along with the leaves.

The sentiment was stamped on kraft cardstock with Altenew Midnight Violet and trimmed to size.

That is all for me today. Thanks so much!

Stars are heat embossed in clear and white powder. Then the hot air balloon is colored with Copic markers, die cut with Fly Away Friends Coordinating Dies and embellished with the newest blend of PPP Mermaid Sequins.

I particularly fell in love with the Fly Away Friends set as my husband took me on a hot air balloon ride for our third date. Of course, this set sure brings back happy memories of young love!  Anyways, Enough reminiscing and back to the hop ;)

Pinkfresh Studios | Simply Succulents

Hi, there friends! Crystal here on this awesome Friday with a gorgeous and fast card made using my newest purchase from Butterfly Reflections, Ink.

The newest release for Pinkfresh Studios is so beautiful and this set called Simply Succulents just had to be in my collection.

I love simple stamping and coordinating dies were a hit! To make this card I started by stamping the bases in Altenew Crisp Ink in Mocha. The succulents are stamped in Altenew's Forest Glades, Frayed Leaf, and Evergreen. The sentiment is stamped in Altenew Expresso.

The Simply Succulents coordinating dies are die cut in DCVW gold glitter card stock. Sequins are Pretty Pink Posh Gold Metallic.

I love the simplicity of this and could very easily be made in a set with different sentiments.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
