Tim Holtz Distress Ink Birthday Card

5-27 timholtz
Tim Holtz's Distress Ink is the all the rave right now, and I can see why! Cut@Home is carrying the small distress ink cubes, which is perfect for me who has limited crafting space. Today I showing you a card using 4 of these wonderful inks, stamping and heat embossing Heartfelt Creations Majestic Morning stamps.
Let's get started:
1. Stamp the larger image in this case the flower from Majestic Morning Bouquet in Versamark, and then embossed it with the pink  embossing powder.
2. Blend distress inks onto my background using Peeled Paint, Ever green Bough, Shaded Lilac, Spun Sugar.
3. Stamp the black flowers with Archival ink, as was the sentiment.
4. Mount the whole thing on to a lilac card stock, then adhere to card front.

The colors on this project are beautiful and the blending process is quite soothing.
