Mass Produce Cards| Basic Supplies | Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Valentines 2019 Card Kit

Hi ya! Today I am making a TON of clean and simple cards with basic supplies that are easy to mass produce! I am using the Simon Says Stamp  Limited Edition Valentines 2019 Card Kit. I am only using a portion of what is included in the kit, so there is still a good amount left of product to use in your Valentine making.

If the kit sells out, you can still get most of the items individually.

Wreath Builder on Colored Cardstock | Shades of Violet | Color Combos with Crystal

Hi! I have a problem. I am obsessed with the Circle Of Friendship stamp set and the Wreath Builder released earlier in the month. Just cannot stop using it and since I am dreaming of shades of violet, it seemed appropriate to try something different with the Wreath Builder.

I LOOOOOVE clean and simple cards, and usually keep away from stamping on cardstocks other than white. So to challenge you and myself we are wreath building on colored cardstock and keeping the sentiment on white. It sure makes it pop.

The colors used for this card are: Daydream, It's a Boy, Aquatini, Green Tea, Lime Rickey, & Pixie Dust.

A simple embellishment of pearl Nuvo tied all those colors quite nicely.

Of course I can tell you all about the steps to make this, fun it's just much simpler to show you.

I can tell you tho, this is EASY!

Are you too joining my "I am obsessed with the Circle of Friendship stamp set" club?

I don't blame you.

Hugs!

MEGA Floral Wreath | Color Combos with Crystal

Hi there! Crystal here with my MEGA floral wreath I promised last week during my Color Combos with Crystal. Anyone else craving spring?! I sure am, where we live in Wyoming, warm weather doesn't really arrive until Mid June. *true story.  So while I wait, I have this super fun wreath stamped and no coloring involved.

The color inspiration comes from the gorgeous faux flower I use as a prop. Colors used here are light pink, melon. Then for the leaves we have got mint and teal. The mat and sentiment are both in brown.

The stamp sets for this are Step Out Peony & Obsessively Grateful for the sentiment.

For this card I am stamping with the two colors, by simply applying the ink pad to half the image with one color, then adding the other color on the other half.

I could keep confusing you, but instead I will re-direct you to my tutorial!

That is all for today's tutorial. Next week we are continuing on with the florals in a different way.

Have a great day!

I did leave a bif of a highlight at the sentiment.

Then I added my intricate crab with foam adhesive. To finish off I added Nuvo Drops

Faux Tiles | Back splash inspo!| Color Combos with Crystal

Happy Tuesday friends! . For today's project we are making faux tiles using the gorgeous Tea Time Pattern background stamp.

While browsing the endless pit that is Pinterest, I found this awesome kitchen back splash and immediately started scheming how I was going to turn it into a card.

So our color combos are Blue & White, and the sentiment is from the Grow in Grace stamp set.

This card falls under the clean and simple category minus the grout!

All you need is your favorite white cardstock, heat embossing supplies and foam adhesive.

I of course made a quick tutorial video on this easy card!

https://youtu.be/tWC6IcogLjQ

I felt this card had a Mediterranean feel, don't you think?

So to re-cap I used the Tea Time Pattern Background and the Grow in Grace for the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by today! Next week, I have a floral concoction you will absolutely love!

Stamp of Approval | Pastels Color Combination | Congratulations

Hi there! Today I have a quick post to show this easy color blending with coordinating stamp using the newest Stamp of Approval "Congratulations" stamp set.

This look was achieved by stamping each congratulations, then with the same ink color blending from the edge moving to the right.

Then the swirly squares were stamped and heat embossed in white.

The whole thing was matted in white.

For a finishing touch I added little epoxy glitter circles.

The colors for this came from the Spring Fling Collection available for purchase here

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Happy Together | Stamp of Approval | Two cards One Stamp

Hi there! We are on day 3 of my Stamp of Approval Blog posts and today I am featuring the Happy Together birdies. In two different ways, first up is a silhouette against the sun.

To make this I ink blended two shades of yellow Tiara first then Tiki Torch right on the center.

Then in Midnight I stamped the birds.

For my second version, I used the layering pieces of the birds and put the birds in a blue transparent Nuvo drop moon.

For this, I stamped the birds, the on a separate card stock stamped the branch in Sand Stone, and hand cut it. Before placing the branch, I added the sentiment in Tiki Torch. Then added the branch with foam adhesive.

With a pencil I drew a half circle, stamped hearts and filled the entire thing with Nuvo drops leaving the birds dry.

I thought it turned out quite cute, clean and simple.

Thanks for stopping along with me.

Stamp of Approval | Adoring You Box| Happy Together Stamp | 3 Color Blended Edges + Heat Embossing Resist

Hey there friend! Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have been a bit busy getting ready for Creativation, and had not had time to share one of many projects made with the stamps from the newest Stamp of Approval Adoring You box.

I decided to keep clean and and simple by doing a 3 color Color Blended Edges .

The colors used were in this order, MINT TO BE , FIESTA BLUE , DAYDREAM.

To make this I started by brush the Mint to Be on the bottom left of the cardstock, then blending to right. Stopping about 1/4 of the way to leave the white exposed. The same process was done with the Fiesta Blue in the center, then finished up the blending the Daydream.

This can easily be done with the pink version of it too! Colors are (light to dark: It's A Girl, Be Mine, Party Dress

I stamped the love you from the Happy Together Stamp Set, in clear ink. Then heat embossed with white embossing powder..

Then stamp the hearts with the darkest ink, and splatter with gold and white gold watercolors.

That's it! This is super way to make a ton of Valentine's Day cards. Just mass produce them!

Have an awesome day!

Crystal
