Guys! Welcome to my stop of the Heffy Doodle blog hop, celebrating our 3rd release. I am so excited to show you all the project I made for the hop.
But before I do, let me tell you about the giveaway!
A random winner will be selected for a £25 gift certificate + free shipping to the Heffy Doodle store. To be eligible, leave comments across the entire blog hop by 11:59 PM PST on 2/15/2018. Winners will be announced on the Heffy Doodle Blog
Now on to my project, I wanted to create a sweet card that was not Easter themed. For this, I used Heffy Doodle Honey Bunny Boo stamp set and Honey Heffy Cuts.
To begin my card, I stamped the bunnies, die cut them and colored them with Copic markers. Then I attached them to the back of my Story Book die.
Now it's time to create my background, so I trimmed a piece of cardstock to the exact measurement of my die.
I blended Altenew Crisp Inks in Sea Glass,
I then added foam adhesive to the back of my die
and placed the blended cardstock.
Placed the bunny window on to the card base.
and glued them together
Then heat embossed the "hello" on gray cardstock,
and trimmed to a strip to place over the window,
I then added the Honey Heffy Cuts slightly over the "hello",
And that's it! We have a completed card!
Here is the line-up just in case you get lost.

ReplyDeleteAwe Crystal I love the stamped carrots on the card base, I am looking for different ways to create backgrounds for my own hand made cards this year and that technique is ideal. Initially I did not see it as it was very subtle, but that is great because subtle is sometimes what you want. Such a pretty colour ink used. Thank you. :O)
