Pretty Pink Posh | Multiple Window Shaker

Hello! While the kids enjoy play time outside on this last week of summer vacation, I have this card made for my Pretty Pink Posh weekly post. This card has MANY Pretty Pink Posh products.

To make this, I die cut the stitched notes border dies on the edge, created windows by die cutting the pockets from Stitched Notes and created a shaker card, enclosing seed beads.

The sentiment is heat embossed in gold from Everyday Greetings.

The products for this card are as follows:

Due to its colors and sentiment selection, I will be entering this into the following challenges.

Unity Stamp Company | Phyllis Harris Release | Blog Hop

Hi there! First I want to welcome you to my blog and thank you for joining us on this blog hop filled with inspiration and fun prizes.

We are celebrating the newest release from Phyllis Harris, and it's gorgeous!
gorgeous right?!

I made MANY videos for you to enjoy, so when you are done here, please check out Unity's YouTube to see them.

Now for my projects for this hop, I want to start with this fun image called Best Friends.

This card was super fun to make! I started by stamping my image on a white card panel, then I masked my image. Using Distress Oxides in Salty Ocean, Broken China, and Faded Jeans, I blended them for a sky effect.

I splattered gold water color. Once that was dried up, I colored the image with Copics. The sentiment was hand cut and adhered with foam adhesive.

Quick Video:

I really liked the way this turned out!

Honey Bee Stamps | Winnie & Walter | Hello

Hello, friends!I'm here with my official last post as part of the Butterfly Reflections design team member. So I figured it ever ironic to make a card saying Hello since it's never really a "goodbye" but a "see you later".

To make this card, I began by masking each side of my card panel, then stamping the floral background using Honey Bee Stamps Zen Bouquet in Altenew Deep Iris Crisp Ink.

Next, attached silver thread to the "hello" from Winnie & Walter. This was attached to the card base using foam adhesive and topped off with Pretty Pink Posh silver confetti.

I really like how the sentiment does not takeaway from the beautiful background stamp.

I absolutely loved being part of this great team and working alongside Vanessa.

Thanks again for a fantastic term, Cheers!

Pretty Pink Posh | Smile It's Your Day

Hi there! Monday fun day! I am here with a quick blog post as I NEED to get my house in order before one of my girlfriends shows up for a visit. Anyways, I have had this idea in my head, and finally sketched it, then started making this card.

I suppose you could call it a faux shaker, or a sequin ribbon. Whatever we call it, its gorgeous!

I started with my white card base, then measured out three sections of white cardstock and die cut them using Stitched Borders 3. Then repeated the process with yellow cardstock to be placed under the white. Next, I began by gluing each sequin onto the card base, alternating colors. The sequins are Sweet Pea Mix, and these set the color scheme for my card.

Once my sequin ribbon was dried, the scalloped borders were adhere to the card base with foam adhesive. Now to the sentiment.... the "It's your big day" is actually from the Everyday Greetings stamp set, however I masked part of the stamp. Heat embossed in white.

Smile was die cut from Smile shaker in white glitter cardstock. I cut the circle from it and then placed it over my other sentiment. For a bit of fun (and the fact I could not find the dot from the "i", I added a sequin.

There you have it! It's so awesome when something I been thinking about for a few days comes out the way I envisioned it.

Hope you have a creative day, I am off to clean house <3

Winnie & Walter | Party | Challenge Entry

Hello! Hope you had a great weekend. I have a fun card made with for Winnie & Walter's color challenge. It seems like it has been a very long-time since I have made a card for a challenge and the colors on this one are absolutely fun!

Kinda reminded me of the Denver Broncos color scheme. (It's nearly football season, yay!)

For this card, I used a TON of Winnie & Walter Supplies. For starters, I stamped the lines from Scenery: Stripes2, then die cut the balloons from Big Balloon Cutaways, stamped those babies with the Stripes 2.

Embossed the card panel with the Spotted stencil and Nuvo Mousse. Die cut the Party and stamped that with Stripes 2.

Created a ribbon with yellow cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment from Sentimental Birthday. Finished off by adding LOTS of Pretty Pink Posh Clear Sequin Mix.

I am entering this card to MFT Sketch Challenge as its very similar style as the sketch provided.

and entering to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Add A Sentiment

What are your thoughts on the colors? Pretty, right?!

Winnie & Walter | Altenew | Sepia Happy Birthday

Hi, friends! Crystal here today with a stenciled card featuring Winnie & Walter products and Altenew.

For this week's blog post I wanted to create an elegant birthday card without my "go-to" black and white. As mentioned earlier this beauty is a combo of two wonderful companies. Winnie & Walter "birthday" die cut, and "happy" stamped sentiment. From Altenew I have the Floral Fantasy stamped in Altenew Crisp Dye Inks in Green Fields. Also from Altenew is the Layered Kaleidoscope Stencil B blended with Altenew Crisp Dye in Mocha.

To make this, I began with a beige card base. Next, I stenciled it with Altenew Layered Kaleidsocope B. I proceeded to spray this with gold watercolor from Gansai Tambi. Once that was dried, I stamped the "happy" from Winnie & Walter's Happy Birthday to You in gold embossing powder. The "birthday" is die cut from Winnie & Walter In A Word: Birthday Cutaway. This was layered over the Altenew's Floral Fantasy.

To finish off, I added gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

The color scheme on this one is a bit different, but I really like it. I hope you do too. Thanks for stopping by.
