Pretty Pink Posh | Birthday Scene | Soft backgrounds + Giveaway!

Hi there friend! Today, I am stopping by in the midst of sick kids, with this card using Pretty Pink Posh stamp set Birthday Scene, which was just released!

This sweet scene was completely colored in Copics, then framed with Scallop Frames Dies  and placed over a lovely floral patterned paper.

I thought it would be very fun to add some additional die cuts to give it some dimension. So with Stitched Borders 2 Dies die cut on white cardstock then added a bit of glitter Nuvo drops.

To finish this card, I added some confetti on the scene to draw the eye back to this.

These critters are quite cute!

Now for a giveaway! We celebrated Pretty Pink Posh birthday month on Saturday at Impress Rubber Stamps in Seattle. Paulina was kind enough to provide these stamp sets for a lucky winner.

Pretty Pink Posh | Valentine's Day Theme Week

Hi there! Stopping by with this card I shared over on the Pretty Pink Posh blog for the Valentine's Day Theme week. For this, I wanted to create something that would utilize the beautiful “love” word from the Love Shaker die.
Let’s start by gathering our materials, for this card I used the following Pretty Pink Posh products :

With our Love shaker, I have die cut 4 “love” words from Melon Mambo cardstock and have trimmed off the heart. To save paper, I cut strips just wide enough to fit the “love”.
Once those were trimmed out, I glued the “love” on top of each other to create a thick die cut.
From the Love Sentiment stamp set, I used the “All My Love”. I masked the “love” from the set with washi tape, inked the stamp, then removed the washi tape. I stamped the sentiment on the card base above of where I plan to place the die cut “love”.
Now it’s time to work on the card panel. First I wanted to stamp the darker of my ink colors, so using the solid hearts from Cupid Friends with Melon Mambo, which will coordinate with the “love” die cut.
For the larger hearts from the Love Sentiments set, I have stamped those in the following ink colors. SU Powder Pink, SU Melon Mambo, Pink Shimmer Delicata, Altenew Blush and Altenew Soft Lilac.
I felt this card needed some touches of gold, so I heat embossed the heart outlines from Cupid Friends in gold embossing powder. Since the gun was hot and the powder was out, I decided to create a dipping effect on the love die cut.
This was super simple, as I tapped the half of the die cut in embossing ink, covered with powder and heat set. To finish the card, I added a strip of gold washi and added a few Sparkling Clear Sequins.
I hope you like the simplicity of this card! I certainly did! The colors could easily be changed and the sentiments from Love Sentiments could also be easily interchanged.
Have a fabulous day! Join us tomorrow for another day of Valentine inspiration!

Pretty Pink Posh | Sparkle Dot Pattern 1 | Valentine's Day

Happy Tuesday! First, I want to start with announcing I am honored to be part of the Pretty Pink Posh design for another term. I am super happy and excited to be part of this amazing group of designers.

Now on to my project since Valentine's day is around the corner, and the typical Valentine's Day colors were an inspiration to this card.

The main focus of this was the heart from Pretty Pink Posh Sparkle Dot Pattern 1.

I began by repeating stamping the hearts in various shades of pink on to the white card stock. Then adding Pretty Pink Posh Friendship Mix sequins. Next, Nuvo drops were added in in various shades of pink and purple.

The sentiment from Everyday Greetings was heat embossed in white onto matching pink cardstock and added on to the card base with foam adhesive.

I loved how neither of these sets are Valentine theme, yet it turned out quite cute.

Hugs,
Crystal

Pretty Pink Posh | Black and White Thank You

Happy Post Christmas Tuesday! I am here with a fun and simple card made with Pretty Pink Posh "thank you" die set and the exclusive StampTember Simon Says Set.

To make this card, I die cut white cardstock center from Stitched Notes dies. Then in black, I stamped the images from Damask Greetings.

The "thank you" die cut was adhered to the card base with foam adhesive.

To conclude, three white confetti sequins were added to the bottom of the die cut.

This card was very simple and fun to make. Perfect for some thank you greetings.

Hugs!

Pretty Pink Posh | Winter Wonderland Birdies

Hi there! Today I have a fun and sweet card made with the birds from Pretty Pink Posh Winter Wonderland.

I started by coloring and die cutting the birds and branch from the set. Then on a separate cardstock, I blended Distress Oxydes. Once that was all dried up, I splattered Gold Watercolor and adhered the circle to the white card base that had been matted over the red cardstock.

To finish, I heat embossed the sentiment on red cardstock and attached that to red twine!

And that's that! Fast, sweet and easy! You can totally make this in 10 minutes.

Hugs,

Crystal

Pretty Pink Posh | Watercolor Wild Rose

Hi there! Today I have this fun shaker card made with Pretty Pink Posh products. This will be perfect to hand over post -Christmas gifts.

To make this, I stamped the Wild Rose stamp set on the card base that would serve as the background of my shaker card. Then to create my shaker, I used the exclusive Pretty Pink Posh Scalloped circles.

Next, I heat embossed the florals from Wild Rose stamp set in rose gold, and watercolored those with some gorgeous Daniel Smith.

I die cut "thank you" from the Thank You script die and heat embossed that with rose gold embossing powder too! The shaker is filled with Enchanted Garden sequins.

Then the whole thing was matted with pink cardstock.  Have you started your thank you cards?

Hugs,

Crystal

Pretty Pink Posh | Merry Christmas on Pattern Paper

Hello! Today I have another Christmas card featuring the newest release from Pretty Pink Posh. You know my "go to" is glitter paper and of course, this is loaded up with some fun elements all glittered up.

To start I selected a few pieced of patterned paper for my card panel.

The white holly leaves are from Festive Holly Dies

Added some glitter nuvo to the berries

Glitter sentiment Merry Christmas Script Die and Sparkling Clear Snowflake Sequins Mix   for the shaker.

Quite glittery right?! This card was difficult to photograph as glitter sometimes does not come through pictures, but I did my best on this.  Have you started your Christmas cards yet? I am going to be a bit easy this year and send photo cards.
