Hello there! I am so excited to be back blogging and card making after taking a few weeks off. We have officially moved into our house after 10 months living in the camper. Then we welcomed our 4th child on April 5th. So between moving, unpacking and caring for a baby there was little time left to make anything. However, I am honored to be part of the new Butterfly Reflection design team and just had to make some time aside to join this group of talented ladies. Pretty Pink Posh March Release and Giveaway

Hello and welcome! Thank you for stopping by today and participating in the AMAZING Pretty Pink Posh March Release Blog Hop!

Hope you have liked all the beautiful projects thus far.

You should of arrived here from Melody Rupple's blog. If you just happened along, I invite you to start at the Pretty Pink Posh blog. 

Today I have two projects to share with you and both are of very different style. 

First up is this simple card using the new Easter Blessings Stamp Set.   The lilies stamped in black Memento in a circular pattern. The sentiment is from Everyday Greetings Stamp Set. 

To create the focal point I used the Scallop Circles Dies.  The lilies are slightly colored using gold watercolors and splatters of the same on rest of the card. 

For my second project, I could not resist coloring the adorable bunny people from the Easter Friends Stamp Set!

Using the Stitched Notes Dies from the March release, I created my border and main background. With watercolors, I colored a Spring sky and very green grass. 

The little cuties are colored with Copics and placed on the base of the card with foam adhesive.

Shakerless Window Card

Hello there! Crystal here with a fun, summer inspired card for SimplyStamps.com! This card was easy to make, and the main focus is the beautiful pineapple stamp. 

To make this card, I stamped the image on white card stock and fuzzy cut that. Then using a rectangle die, I ran that through my Sizzix Big Shot. Acetate was added to the large panel and the "thanks" sentiment was added to the front panel. The pineapple was adhered to the smaller rectangle die cut, To create a window effect, I used foam adhesive on the back of the large panel and placed everything together onto the card  base. 

The reason this is a "shaker less" window card is because there are no sequins or confetti in the window. Below is a video of this card being made! I hope you share your creations with me. On Instagram be sure to tag #simplystamps.

Inspired

Happy Thursday! Today is a gorgeous day here in Pinedale! Took Miss Cam on a beautiful walk, she enjoyed it so much she took a nap! So I made a card with a gorgeous inspiration from Inspired By Stamping.

I looooove the gorgeous colors and patterns.

I began by stamping the gorgeous flowers from Altenew , then I watercolored over them. While those dried up, I stamped some polka dots on the white card stock, All the flowers and "hello" sentiment are adhered on 3D adhesive. I finished up with sequins and several droplets from Pretty Pink Posh.

Heartfelt Sympathy

Hi there! Hope you are having super awesome week! Today I have a special order from my MOPS leader for one of our fellow ladies.

I had some left over Altenew flowers from a previous project. I die cut the circle then stamped in light violet. Flowers and circle are adhered using 3D foam. To finish this, I added a few pears in white and violet. Some sequins brightened things up.

I hope the ladies like it. I sure did :)

Wood grain Card

Hi! Today, I have a masculine and simple card made for our good friend who currently is sick. I wanted to keep this simple and elegant.

The sentiments of course are from Simon Says Stamp, coordinated with some Kraft paper and gold sequins. Some pretty pink posh droplets added contrast to the card.

Hi there! Thanks so much for stopping by. Today I have a card with lots of goodies made for a friend who gift ME a Simon says gift card! So, of course I just had to make her a card with the new goodies courtesy of her.

The flowers were heat embossed in gold, then watercolored. The back ground paper is from MME On Trend 2. The "thanks" die is actually from craftin' desert divas, then I heat embossed in the same gold tone as the flowers. Finished the card off by adding gold sequins!

I think the longest part of making this card was to cut the flowers!

Christmas Card

Hi there Country Crafters! Crystal here with a simple and quick card using Graphic 45 Christmas Carol. 

This card features the flowers from one of the journaling cards found behind a12x12 sheet.

To make this start by trimming your paper to 5.25 x 4.25.
Next cut your flowers and add a bit of glossy accents onto the berries. Let dry.
Die cut a light piece of patterened paper. (Included in your 12x12 set)
Stamp your sentiment.
Add your flowers with foam adhesive.

Christmas Nativity Card

Happy December! Crystal here from crystalthompson.net with a new card inspiration featuring Bo Bunny Sleigh Ride Collection. This paper pack is breath taking!
